Case Study: The Franklin Institute

In addition to the North American premiere of Jurassic World: The Exhibition (which resulted in record-breaking ticket sales on opening weekend), The Franklin Institute was hosting Robot Revolution and preparing to be one of only two U.S. museums to host Terracotta Warriors of the First Emperor. Daniller + Company developed a direct mail package to capitalize on the exciting opportunities and convey that membership is the best way to experience all that the Institute has to offer.

Vibrant design presented these disparate offerings in a cohesive, yet exciting way. We targeted house and prospect lists with terrific results!

Results

The campaign exceeded projections, securing 40% more gifts, 69% higher gross revenue, and 170% higher net revenue. The average gift increased 21% showing the package was successful in motivating recipients to look beyond the lowest price points.
